Your oldest child will be the first child when calculating discounts. Three Year Old and Pre-K classes require all students to be fully potty trained. Your child will need to bring a sack lunch each day. All classes will follow Springfield Public Schools Calendar during the school year. Child’s age on August 1st determines class placement.

KINDERGARTEN LEAD TEACHER

Hi! I'm Eden Cruz and I'm SO EXCITED for this school year! I have an Elementary Education degree from Evangel University, along with a music minor and concentration in Bible. I took a break from working within my K-6 certification to join the Early Childhood world for the last 10 years while I raised my own 3 little ones. But now that they're all off to elementary school, I'm so excited to be with Kindergarteners this year at Second! I love creating a structured atmosphere where children can be creative, grow socially, and gather the tools they need to be lifelong learners.

Hello! I am from South Dakota, but spend the majority of my time in Springfield attending Evangel University.


I am pursuing a degree in Elementary Education, and will be graduating in 2024!


My husband, Brandon, and I love to read, play guitar, walk, hike, fish, play tennis, or do anything outdoors. I come from a family of five children and many grandchildren, and that is where my love for children began!
