Giving at Second

GIVE NOW

The purpose of the Stewardship Ministry is to serve as a resource to help people learn and practice biblical financial principles so they can move from financial bondage to financial freedom. We serve individuals and families in primarily two areas, Personal Financial Coaching and Financial Classes. Both are designed to help people learn how to manage their financial resources from a biblical perspective, establish a spending plan, and become financially free. We believe when we are financially free, we can give more, save more, serve more, and go more for our Lord.

GIVING OPTIONS

Online Giving – While we believe giving is part of our worship experience, we know people write fewer checks and carry less cash, so we have offered online giving as a convenience for several years. Visit our SecureGive page to set up an account today! Give a one time gift, set-up recurring giving schedules, and more.

Text-To-Give – A new giving option this year! Simply text the word “giving” followed by a space and the gift amount (e.g. “giving 25”) to 744-83. On your first text-t0-give transaction, you will be prompted to set up an account with SecureGive with your personal and payment information. After that, simply text your gift to 744-83 and confirm the transaction to give quickly and easily!

Sunday Services – Simply place cash or checks in an offering plate or bucket during any worship service. Be sure to include your name and address on the check or envelope in order to receive credit for tax purposes.

By Mail – Mail your contribution to Second Baptist Church, 3111 E. Battlefield, Springfield, MO 65804. Be sure to include your name and address on the check or envelope.
