2017 Mission Trips

INDIANAPOLIS, IN [MARCH 11-17]
This trip is designed for our high school students to serve during their Spring Break with our church planting partners, working alongside each church plant in a day of outreach. If you are interested in this trip, contact Jake Johnson or Caleb Rodabaugh.

THE GROVES CHURCH/ST. LOUIS, MO [MARCH 31-APRIL 2]
Trip participants will serve with Legacy Replanters, Matthew & Leslie Creath, at The Groves Church. Painting, landscaping, and repair work will be our main focus for this trip.

JOHNSTOWN RODEO BIBLE CAMP/AINSWORTH, NE [JUNE 3-9]
This annual trip partners with the Rodeo Bible Camp in Ainsworth, NE. The team will help with meals, clean-up, running roping calves through the chute, setting up crafts, etc. During chapel time, the campers will hear the Gospel message. Campers memorize and recite a large portion of Scripture for a chance to win a saddle.

OCEANSIDE, CA [JULY 16-22]
We will be working with Pillar Church, where excited and energetic volunteers will work with families in the community in a KIDS GAMES sports camp. This is a great opportunity to build relationships with other families.

NEPAL/SOUTH ASIA [JULY 23-AUGUST 2]
A new vision trip, serving alongside IMB missionary Will Smith and family. The trip will be led by one of our own veteran missionaries into the mountain villages outside Kathmandu. A strong passion for missions, as well as excellent physical health are required for this trip, which will include high altitudes, required walk and rough Jeep rides. Prayer walking will play a large part in this trip.

MONTREAL, CANADA [JULY OR AUGUST]
Connect with the Montreal community through prayer walking and building relationships at local venues. Trip includes a heavy walking routine (8-9 miles per day). Good conversational skills will be helpful for trip participants.

RED TREE CHURCH/WENTZVILLE, MO [AUGUST 4-6]
We will travel to Wentzville, MO, to assist Red Tree Church in a Back To School Fair in their neighborhood. This is a great trip for families, couples, and singles, to engage and connect with people. Tasks will include helping at the MOCHIP Child Safety Booth, handing out school supplies, and serving snacks.

GUATEMALA [AUGUST 12-18]
This trip partners with the ranchers and cowboy community in Guatemala. The main trip task will be laying tile in bathrooms and wiring electricity to a medical care facility for the community. Skills in building are helpful for this trip.

GUATEMALA/MEDICAL [SEPTEMBER]
Follow up trip after the completion of the medical care facility in August. The goal of this trip will be meeting the physical needs of people who do not have access to treatment. We will be working alongside medical staff trip leaders in dental and medicine. (Medical experience may be required.)

OKINAWA, JAPAN [OCTOBER]
This trip will be our first to Pillar Church in Okinawa. The project for 2-4 builders, is to construct a rooftop deck on the building Pillar is presently meeting in. This added square footage will allow for a baptistry and additional room for small group meetings. (Construction experience is required.)

THAILAND [OCTOBER]
This annual trip will be heading off to work our church planters in Thailand, Jason & Leslie Rothdiener, in Throng Guy Village.
