How To Pray For Missions
Prayer has always been essential for Great Commission success. Prayer is also the simplest way to participate in missions. We need to pray… so that God will reach the lost through Second… so that our mission teams will be well-prepared before entering the harvest fields… so that God will provide necessary resources and workers… so that our teams and missions/ministry partners will be safe and healthy… so that we will make wise decisions and be obedient to God’s will.
Here are some more specific ways you can pray for our mission work at Second Baptist.
- Pray for the Lord to send out workers (Matthew 9:38)
- Pray for open doors (Colossians 4:2-3)
- Pray for teams to have boldness (Ephesians 6:19)
- Pray that God’s Word will be spread rapidly (2 Thessalonians 3:1)
- Pray for protection (2 Thessalonians 3:2)
